  • Where are you based?
    We are based in the beautiful Mid North of South Australia.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes, we can offer local pickup. We will reach out to you during business hours, to organise a time/place for collection. PLEASE NOTE: Local pick up is Mid North (Northern Areas Council), South Australia.
  • Can you order something in for me that isn't on your website?
    Absolutely! Please use the "Notify me when avaialble" option on the product you like. If we are able to order it in, we will do so as soon as we can (hopefully next order) and you will receive an email once it is back in stock.
  • There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
    Something arrived damaged or not as described? Please email us and we will gladly assist you. Claims need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Please see here for more information.
  • What happens if i made an accidental purchase or have a change of mind?
    No problem, please email us and we would love to assist you. Refunds will be given within 30 days for accidental purchases due to change of mind. Shipping cost won't be covered. Please read full terms here.
